About Me
I have a passion for wellness and believe in an integrative and holistic approach to healing. I have been working in the Energy Healing field since 2003 and bring the elements of Earth, Fire, Water, Wind, and Storm into my healing practice. I am an accredited and certified Intuitive Energy Healer, registered nurse of 48 years, Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry Healing Practitioner, and mystic. I have studied and received extensive training in Healing Touch, Usui Reiki, Back Chakra Activation, Hara and Crystal Healing, and Christian and Tibetan Buddhist spiritual teachings and meditation practices. I am the owner of 4th Dimension Healing in Stillwater, Minnesota, the Center for Crystal and Healing Studies, and the host of the Ask Learn Heal podcast.
